My bag is sold out, how long is the delivery time?

Usually it is about 2-3 weeks delivery time. You can always email or call us and we can give you a more accurate delivery date. Maybe it's an urgent gift, get in touch and we'll try to sort it out.

Do you have any resellers?

Unfortunately not, we have chosen to sell directly to our customers and skip retailers in order to offer affordable bags. We usually run some pop-ups, trunk shows and lectures where you have the chance to see the bags and shop. Sign up for our newsletter and you'll be aware of our upcoming activities, maybe it's right in your city.

How can I buy a bag from you?

You can buy a bag via our online shop or directly in our showroom in Härnösand.

Delivery & shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

We use Schenker Ombud as standard for all shipments within Sweden. If you prefer another provider or solution, just get in touch and we'll help you.

What do I do if my bag is damaged, has a defect or has something else wrong?

No problem, call or email us and describe what's wrong and we'll help you exchange or return the item.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs 49 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK and 99 SEK for orders over 1000 SEK within Sweden. We offer a 14-day return policy.

Where do you deliver and how long does it take?

We deliver worldwide and delivery time varies depending on the destination. Within Sweden, it is normally 1-2 days with a Schenker representative. Within the EU 2-5 days and the rest of the world 4-7 days.

Where is my package?

When we have sent your bag from our warehouse, you will always receive an email with delivery information so that you can track your shipment. From the time we send your package, it normally takes 1-2 days before the package can be picked up at the nearest Schenker representative. You always receive a notification via SMS when the package is available for collection at the agent.

Returns & exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

We have a 14-day return policy where you can easily make returns and exchanges. We offer free exchanges, but for returns, a return fee of 150 SEK will be applied. Returned items must always be unused and in resalable condition.

1. Email info@sandain.com with your order number and we will get back to you with a return form and shipping label.

2. Fill out the return form with your order number. Pack the bag in the box and affix the return label you received from us, ensuring the package is well-sealed.

3. Drop off the package at your nearest Schenker service point, and please request a receipt.

4. Once we have received the return, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will refund your money.

Membership, validity & termination

Membership is free and is activated by subscribing your email address to our newsletter.

You can terminate your membership by either unsubscribing from our newsletter or by contacting our customer service via email at info@sandain.com or by phone at +4610-4580460.
