My bag is sold out – how long is the delivery time?

Usually our bags are back in stock after 2-3 weeks. If you need a product faster or need more detailed information, please get in touch with us through chat, email or phone. We're here to find a solution.

Where can I find your products in stores or through retailers?

Our products are exclusively available at www.sandain.com and in our own stores in Härnösand and Stockholm.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can contact us by email at info@sandain.com. If the package is already on its way, you can return it within the 14-day return period once you receive it.

Delivery & Shipping

Which shipping options do you offer?

Within Sweden we ship with DB Schenker. To other destinations the shipping provider might differ. On request, we can arrange alternative shipping methods – please contact us before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Please check your package immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or faulty, send us photos and a short description by email at info@sandain.com. We’ll take care of it right away.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 49 for orders under SEK 1000 and SEK 99 for orders above SEK 1000. Within Europe, the shipping costs might differ and will be calculated at check-out. For returns within the 14-day return period, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged.

Where do you deliver, and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide. You can select your destination country in the cart, and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Härnösand, Sweden.

Delivery within Sweden takes 1–3 business days. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–6 business days from dispatch.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return or exchange?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return or exchange unused items in their original condition. Return shipping costs 150 SEK. For exchanges, no return fee will be charged.

  1. Email us at info@sandain.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a return label.
  2. Fill out the return form with your order number. Pack the bag securely in the box and attach the return label you received from us.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest DHL service point and request a receipt.
  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Materials & Care

How should I care for my leather bag?

Our bags are made from vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather. Regularly apply a leather balm to keep the material supple and preserve its natural patina. You’ll find suitable care products in our online shop. Read more about how to care for your bag in our guide.

How do you manufacture?

We design and manufacture all our bags ourselves. As a fourth-generation family business, our products are handcrafted in our saddlery in northern Sweden and in our workshop in Bangladesh. Our production follows clear principles: natural materials, sustainable methods, and small batches.
