No, we don't. We have chosen to sell directly to our customers and skip retailers in order to offer affordable bags. Find our stores.
You can buy a bag via our online shop or directly in one of our stores in Stockholm or Härnösand.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Within Sweden we ship with DB Schenker. To other destinations the shipping provider might differ. On request, we can arrange alternative shipping methods – please contact us before placing your order.
Please check your package immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or faulty, send us photos and a short description by email at info@sandain.com. We’ll take care of it right away.
Shipping costs 49 SEK if you buy for less than 1000 SEK and 99 SEK over 1000 SEK within Sweden.
We ship worldwide. You can select your destination country in the cart, and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Härnösand, Sweden.
Delivery within Sweden takes 1–3 business days. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–6 business days from dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status at any time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
How do I make a return or exchange?
We have a 14-day open purchase where you can easily make returns and exchanges. We offer free exchanges but a return fee of SEK 150 is added to returns. Returned goods must always be unused and in saleable condition.
1. Email info@sandain.com with your order number and we will get back to you with a return form and shipping label.
2. Fill out the return form with your order number. Pack the bag in the box and stick it on the return label that you receive from us, make sure the package is well wrapped.
3. Drop it off at the nearest Schenker representative, please request a receipt.
4. When we have received the return, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will refund the money.
