We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to buy online. That's why we've tried to make it as simple and secure as possible for you to shop with us.

Terms of purchase

Payment

Payments are handled by Klarna. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or other options, depending on where you are. The transaction with credit card details is encrypted. Sandain does not save credit card details. Klarna uses a security protocol called 3D Secure, which must be activated on your card before purchase. If your payment fails, first try with a different card and then with a different browser or device.

Delivery

We always try to ship your order within one (1) business day. If you place your order before 10.00 CET, the aim is to send it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and Swedish public holidays will be sent the next working day.

The delivery time is 1–3 working days.

Flat rate shipping

Shipping and returns within Sweden are free of charge and are usually sent with a Schenker agent. If you would like another shipping option, please contact us at +4610-4580460 or info@sandain.com. Note that an additional cost may apply.

Schenker

You will receive an email including a tracking number for your package as soon as your order has been shipped. Schenker delivers the package to an agent near you. You will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived, so please be sure to enter your correct mobile number when registering your details.

Returns

We accept returns made within 14 days after the item has been shipped. There is a return fee of 150 SEK.

Contact us by email at info@sandain.com or by phone at +4610-4580460 and we will send you a return form and shipping label. As soon as we have received your return, we will credit the purchase; you will always receive an email about this.

General

The e-commerce www.sandain.com is operated by the company Sustainably Yours AB (subsidiary Sandlund/Hossain), registered at Fiskaregatan 4A, 87133 Härnösand, Sweden, with VAT registration number SE556498286501. All products remain Sandlund/Hossain's property until full payment has been made. Any attempted fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or errors published on this website. Due to the digital format of the photographs, we cannot guarantee that they accurately represent the actual products.

Payment

You can pay in the respective currencies that are available with us online. Depending on the destination country, you can pay with SEK,  EUR, GBP or USD.

Import tax and duty (for customers outside the European Union)

When ordering from countries outside the EU, you must pay import tax and duty according to the local regulations of the country of delivery. Therefore, Swedish VAT is not included in the order value. The amount of tax and duty to be paid varies depending on the country. DHL will invoice you for tax and duty.

Pricing

The prices displayed online consist of the total price including value added tax/VAT. They do not include shipping costs or any fees. Customs duties or other taxes and fees may be added to the total price for purchases outside the European Union.

Discount codes or coupons are only valid for one transaction per person, and only for the specified time period. They cannot be combined, transferred to another purchase or credited towards a new purchase.

Damage during transport

If a package arrives with damage, you should report it immediately. Contact us if you have opened the package and discover that your item is damaged.

Deliveries not collected

Your shipment will be stored at the delivery point for approximately 14 days. If you do not collect it and it is sent back to us, we will charge the shipping cost when we resend it.

Personal data

According to Swedish law, we must obtain your consent to use your personal data. All information you provide to us, or that we receive when you visit our website, will be handled in a responsible and secure manner by Sandain. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business obligations to you and for marketing purposes. Sandain will not pass your personal data on to a third party for marketing purposes, unless you agree to it. If your personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted.

If Sandain is unable to fulfill its obligations as a result of unusual, negative events beyond the company's control that have arisen through, for example, strikes, civil unrest or war, or through natural disasters in the form of, for example, earthquakes or volcanic activity, Sandain cannot be held responsible.
