Extended open purchase until 31/12 with easy returns and exchanges

Payments are handled by Shopify. Online you can pay with Visa, MasterCard or other options, such as Klarna, Paypal. The transaction with credit card details is encrypted. Sandain does not save any credit card details. Klarna uses a security protocol called 3D Secure, which must be activated on your card before purchase. If your payment fails, first try with another card and then with another browser or device. In store you can pay with Visa, MasterCard or other options, such as American Express or Swish.

In our online shop you can pay in EUR or SEK, depending on your location.

Shipping costs 49 SEK if you buy for less than 1000 SEK and 99 SEK over 1000 SEK within Sweden.

We will ship your order with Schenker agents. If you would like another shipping option, please contact us at 010-4580460 or info@sandain.com. Please note that an additional cost may apply.

You will receive an email including a tracking number for your package as soon as your order has been shipped. Schenker will deliver the package to a representative near you. You will be notified via SMS when your delivery has arrived, so please be sure to enter your correct mobile number when registering your details.

With us you can always shop safely and easily with extended open purchase until 31/12.

Returns and exchanges are made in the same way as the purchase:

- Goods purchased in store are returned or exchanged in store.

- Goods purchased online are returned or exchanged online.

- If you pick up an online order at our store in Härnösand, any return or exchange must also be made at the same store.

For all returns and exchanges, you need to bring your receipt. This way, we can offer a smooth and secure process no matter how you choose to shop.

When returning online purchases, a return fee of SEK 150 will be charged. To make a return, contact us at info@sandain.com or 010-4580460 and we will send you a return form and shipping label. As soon as we receive your return, we will credit the purchase. You will always receive an email as confirmation.

The e-commerce www.sandain.com is operated by the company Sandain Leather AB, registered at Fiskaregatan 4A, 87133 Härnösand, Sweden, with VAT registration number SE556498286501. All products remain the property of Sandain until full payment has been made. Any attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or errors published on this website. Due to the digital format of the photographs, we cannot guarantee that they accurately reflect the actual products.

A purchase agreement is concluded once you click the “Pay now” button and we confirm your order by email.

All prices shown online are total prices including VAT. Shipping costs and any additional fees are not included.


Discount codes or coupons are valid for one transaction per person and for the specified period only. They cannot be combined, transferred, or applied to future purchases.

For purchases outside the European Union, customs duties or additional taxes may apply.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier. Also contact us after opening the parcel if the item itself is damaged.

Your parcel will be held for approximately 7 days at the collection point. A handling fee of EUR 20 will be charged for uncollected parcels returned to us.

Swedish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer residing in Germany or another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes with business customers is Härnösand, Sweden.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
