Our bags only grow more beautiful with time, but sometimes they need a little help along the way. We recommend treating your bag with natural leather balm a couple of times a year or as needed.

If you've gotten a stain or if the bag has become dirty, it can be cleaned with a leather soap. Feel free to contact us if you're unsure — we're happy to help.

Product description

How to clean your bag:

You will need a cotton cloth or sponge and a leather conditioner.
Remove dirt or dust with a cotton cloth. Be careful to go over the entire bag and make sure not to rub the surface (grain) too hard.
Apply leather conditioner to the bag using a cotton cloth or sponge. Start by practicing on the underside of the bag if you are unsure. Make sure to treat exposed parts extra carefully, for example, all edges and handles.
Done! Let the bag air dry at room temperature, preferably overnight. Then, gently polish away any excess conditioner to restore some luster to the leather.

We recommend that you treat the bag with leather conditioner a couple of times a year or as needed. If you have a stain or if the bag has become dirty, it can be washed with a leather soap. Contact us if you feel unsure and we will help you.

You don't need to treat your bag before use, we have done that. Then it can be a good idea to lubricate it regularly to ensure it ages nicely. You can read more about how to take care of your bag here: Leather care

We have a 14-day open purchase. We offer free exchanges, but returns are subject to a return fee of SEK 150. If the bag is in stock, it will be delivered within 1-3 days, otherwise the delivery time is 2-3 weeks. If you are in a hurry, you can always contact us and we will try to solve it. Ordering

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs 49 SEK if you buy for less than 1000 SEK and 99 SEK over 1000 SEK within Sweden.

Where do you deliver, and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide. You can select your destination country in the cart, and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Härnösand, Sweden.

Delivery within Sweden takes 1–3 business days. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–6 business days from dispatch.

Which shipping options do you offer?

Within Sweden we ship with DB Schenker. To other destinations the shipping provider might differ. On request, we can arrange alternative shipping methods – please contact us before placing your order.
