You’ll need a cotton cloth or sponge and a leather balm.
- Remove any dirt or dust with a cotton cloth. Make sure to go over the entire bag without rubbing the surface (the grain) too hard.
- Apply the leather balm using a cotton cloth or sponge. If you’re unsure, start by practising on the bottom of the bag. Pay extra attention to exposed areas such as edges and handles.
- That’s it! Let the bag dry at room temperature – preferably overnight. Then gently polish off any excess balm to restore a soft sheen to the leather.
We recommend treating your bag with leather balm a couple of times per year, or as needed.
If you get a stain or the bag becomes dirty, you can clean it with a leather soap. If you’re uncertain, contact us – we’re happy to help.
