Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and other locally available payment options depending on your country. All transactions are encrypted, and Sandain does not store any credit card details. Shopify uses a security protocol called 3D Secure, which must be activated on your card before purchase.

If your payment fails, please try another card, browser, or device.

You can pay in the currencies available in our online store. Depending on the destination country, payment can be made in SEK or EUR.

In our online shop you can pay in EUR or SEK, depending on your location.

Delivery

Sandain is a Swedish company. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Härnösand, Sweden.

We aim to dispatch your order within one (1) business day. Orders placed before 10:00 AM CET are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or Swedish public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery time in Sweden is usually 1-3 business days. To other European country it is normally 3–6 business days. For orders outside the EU, the delivery time might differ depending on the location.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Härnösand, Sweden. Shipping within Sweden costs 99 SEK for order above 1000 kr and 49 kr for orders under 1000 kr. Shipping to Germany costs EUR 9 and is usually handled by DHL or DB Schenker. Shipping costs to other destinations may vary and are stated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be notified by SMS or email when your parcel is ready for collection. Please make sure to enter a correct phone number and email address when placing your order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods. A return handling fee of EUR 15 applies.

Please contact us at info@sandain.com or by phone at +46 (0)10 458 0460, and we will send you a return form and shipping label. Once your return has been received, we will refund your payment and send you an email confirmation.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard shipping).

Refunds will be made promptly and at the latest within fourteen days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, amounting to EUR 15, unless otherwise agreed.

All products remain the property of Sandain until full payment is received. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies published on this website. Due to digital image formats, we cannot guarantee that product photos perfectly reflect the actual product appearance.

Contract Conclusion

A purchase agreement is concluded once you click the “Pay now” button and we confirm your order by email.

Prices

All prices shown online are total prices including VAT. Shipping costs and any additional fees are not included.


Discount codes or coupons are valid for one transaction per person and for the specified period only. They cannot be combined, transferred, or applied to future purchases.

Customs (for order outside the EU)

For purchases outside the European Union, customs duties or additional taxes may apply.

Damage During Transport

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier. Also contact us after opening the parcel if the item itself is damaged.

Uncollected Deliveries

Your parcel will be held for approximately 7 days at the collection point. A handling fee of EUR 20 will be charged for uncollected parcels returned to us.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swedish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer residing in Germany or another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes with business customers is Härnösand, Sweden.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

Force Majeure
